Important: FedBidHub aggregates publicly available data from SAM.gov, the U.S. government's System for Award Management. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Government, the General Services Administration (GSA), or SAM.gov.
While we strive for accuracy, opportunity data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify opportunity details directly on SAM.gov before making business decisions or submitting proposals.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- Should not be the sole basis for business decisions
- Does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice
- Should be verified against official solicitation documents
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

- Decisions made based on AI analysis
- Service interruptions or data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
